How we deliver. Geo Corp Ltd is the prime contractor: we hold the contract with you and manage the client relationship, contract administration and programme. GeoConstruction delivers construction, groundworks and site works; GeoEngineering delivers MEP, utilities, process plant and controls; GeoModular supplies site accommodation and modular buildings; GeoInnovation leads funding, R&D and product development; and GeoProjects manages capital projects from feasibility to delivery. Each project brings in the specialist teams it needs, under one contract.
Leadership. GeoCorp is led by its founder and Managing Director, George McNeil. George has delivered capital, R&D and funding programmes for more than ten years, including a manufacturing site expansion of around £500,000 delivered as principal contractor, R&D with the Universities of Strathclyde, St Andrews and Glasgow, and grant programmes with Scottish Enterprise and Innovate UK.
